Our Services

Corporate, Fleet and Retail Handovers

Throughout all of our Corporate, Fleet and Retail deliveries, our primary aim is to provide a service that exceeds the customers’ expectations. With this in mind, we ensure all details are simple, seamless and handled in a timely manner.

This is one of our most popular services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, and is provided with the highest level of excellence.

Once a customers' vehicle has been collected, our driver will phone the customer to introduce himself, let the customer know where he has got to go before arriving with them as well as advising them of a rough ETA. Our driver will then make further phone calls throughout the day should they incur any form of delay or if they have made time and will be with the customer earlier than anticipated. A final call is then made 30 minutes prior to arriving to the customer to advise them of a more precise ETA.

Should a customer want to track their vehicles journey, they can do so via our Tracking System. This system is installed in all of our vehicles to allow us to share each of their routes with all customers. This is simply done by a link sent through to the customer via email or WhatsApp.

When arriving with the customer, the driver would have already filled out our Proof of Collection Document on our app which includes all round checks, video and photos of the vehicle from all angles, together with a signature confirmation from the collection point. Once the driver has given the customer a full handover and or test drive, the customer will then be asked to sign for the vehicle detailing they are happy to have received it.

All of this electronic paperwork can then be directly emailed to the Dealership/Lease company and customer if required. We are also well equipped with the use of   Mo-Del and can ensure this is fully completed as and when required.

All of our drivers are continuously keeping up to date with all new models, as well as hybrid and EV advancements that are becoming ever-popular, this in turn allows them to educate and answer any questions a customer may have about their new car.

Dealer Transfers

We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with Bailey Grove Transport. All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and stress free. You can trust us to supply you with the best service including a collection appraisal using our App, as well as top quality customer satisfaction.

When carrying out Dealer Transfers, the collection point is contacted at least 24 hours prior to us arriving. It is at this point we ensure all PDI & Vehicle costs have been paid with cleared funds ready for the Vehicle to be released to us, we determine the specific whereabouts of the Vehicle (whether it be at a compound or at the dealership). Once this has been established, a rough ETA is given, to make them aware of when we are anticipating to arrive to collect the Vehicle.

Once there, we shall carry out our Proof of Collection document on our App. Should there unfortunately be some damage i.e. scratches, dents etc we will make the receiving Dealer/Individual aware straight away via a phone call. Photos & Video of this damage will be taken in POC document, which will need to be signed for by the person handing the vehicle over to confirm.  Further Photos & Videos can also be sent directly to the recipient of the Vehicle via WhatsApp if required prior to leaving the collection point.

When arriving at the receiving Dealer/Individual, we will complete our Proof of Delivery document in the App in which the individual will sign for the Vehicle and if there is any damage, our driver will raise this to their attention again.
